2010 Rates (Version 4.3) Categories updated February 24, 2010If fuel should increase higher than $0.90 per litre, GCS will add a fuel sucharge on equipment rates, to be shown on each invoice. The fuel surcharge is calculated from a base rate of $0.90 per litre, with a 4% surcharge added for each $0.10 per litre increase. The fuel price used for calculation will be the clear diesel price FOB the Petro-Canada bulk fuel location in Hardisty, AB on the 1st of each month.
