In addition to hiring local and Indigenous people, GCS encourages our Subcontractors and Suppliers to provide employment opportunities to local and Indigenous people. These work opportunities are provided under conditions that satisfy our commitment to a safe work environment, including conditions that ensure all Work on the project is completed by individuals and companies possessing the skills and abilities necessary to perform the Work.
